The Mometrix LSAT prep book is a decent LSAT study guide on the more affordable side of the spectrum. Although we would not say it is the best LSAT prep book out there, it offers three full length practice exams and many practice questions with detailed explanations for a good price. We’ve seen students that want some supplemental LSAT practice tests use the Mometrix with success.
We recommend this as an additional LSAT prep book if you want further detailed answer explanations in hopes of raising your LSAT score. Sometimes, all it takes for something to click is differently worded detailed explanations of the lsat practice questions from your other official LSAT preptests.

The LSAT process
Summary of The LSAT Process
The pineapple-graced LSAT process is a unique test prep book. It does not feature any actual exam practice questions. However, the author puts forth his own test taking strategies that purportedly have helped achieve high scores on the LSAT exam. While we were unable to verify whether or not anyone using these strategies on logic games or reading comprehension actually scored high and went to law school, we do like trying to find difference mental models to approach tricky prep tests.
We recommend this book to the students that are looking for unique strategies that may eek out an extra point or two in the logic game section. This is certainly not a comprehensive review book but it may pair well with your other prep books.

Kaplan LSAT Flash Cards
Summary of Practice questions Flash cards
LSAT flash cards are a must have in addition to your LSAT prep books. Repetition is key and there is no better way to get a few quick reps in on your logic games or logical reasoning than with a flash card or two. We recommend carrying these around and drilling them throughout the day in between practice tests. Obviously these cards pair well with the Kaplan LSAT prep books, but it is not required to have the same brand of LSAT prep books as your flash cards.
We love these because they also include answer explanations so you will know why you scored correctly. Many top LSAT teachers recommend having these flash cards to improve your actual problem solving techniques and we agree!
